Good plants, average delivery

I ordered the monthly succulent subscription box. It shipped out fairly quickly, but then took a full 7 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long for live plants. Thankfully, the crassula and sedum inside were both in good shape, no damage. The ceramic planter I added on was packed separately and arrived intact too. I had a question about one of the plant types, and customer support got back to me the next day with helpful info. Overall, the quality of the plants is high, just wish shipping was a touch faster sometimes. The variety was nice though, and they were easy to care for after reading the included guide.

Yeah, they ship with heat packs if it's cold. I got an order in January and they were fine, just add the heat pack option.

I think they do, but you probably gotta add a heat pack to your cart. check their shipping info, they usually mention it for colder states.

I've ordered from both. Succulents Box plants are usually smaller but really healthy. Mountain Crest can be a bit hit or miss on size sometimes.

For CA, usually like 3-5 business days. Sometimes faster if you're closer to their facility.

Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. The free shipping over $59 usually just applies automatically though.

They only let you use one discount code at a time. The free shipping kicks in if your cart is over $59, so that's separate from a code.
